"Great place to ski with a family. Very affordable and close to Glenwood. We had a group of 6 kids and 4 adults and everyone enjoyed the snow. Snack bar had very good food and was cheap!!! I highly recommend the Chicago hot dog. Delicious. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating."

"This ski resort is a Hidden Gem. Not only does it have second steepest Peak in Colorado: THE HEATHEN, it also has a wide variety of intermediate and beginner level runs. The staff is super friendly and they have a lot of trainers for ski school. This is excellent for families with kids because the trainers take groups of three and four kids up the mountain and have them up and skiing in one day. It is amazing to see..."

"I give this resort 4.5 stars! It would receive 5 stars if the kids in the rental shop were a little better trained. This resort shined in other areas though! First, it's very uncrowded and has some great long runs. The lifts were not the greatest but so many times I would look ahead and behind me on a run and...I was the only one there. The staff was super friendly, from the lift attendants to the lodge cafe workers..."

"I really want to gatekeep this resort but I won't. Its perfect. An old school ski lodge with sufficient food and an excellent bar fully prepared to make any hot (or cold) drink you want. Highly recommend the hot apple cider and the hot coco with a shot of amaretto. The lessons are excellent and have taught many of my friends on their first day on the mountain. Makes me wish I had taken lessons here when I was new...."

"My family and I had such an amazing experience at Sunlight mountain resort today! As novice snow boarders, we needed some help on the slopes. Hannah and Bill were able to help us get into snow boarding lessons. Our instructors J Dog and Ian were incredibly skilled and they broke down the techniques to a level that we understood and at the end of the day, mastered. Excellent experience, we will be returning!"

"Best. Customer. Service. Ever!! Desiree was vital in helping us sort out our options when we couldn’t make our reservations or ticket day. We live a ways away and our car broke down. We still made it there, but with no time to snowboard as planned. Desiree helped us get everything sorted and move our reservations is a timely manner with great communication and no loss for anyone. 10/10! The resort was cozy and such a fun place too.
